ON THE MOVE prides itself on being the hottest “variety band” in the Mid-South! Our mission is to provide entertainment that everyone will enjoy…we will keep the show well-mixed with a variety of styles, and you will delight in seeing your guests pack the dance floor all night long. is a permanent band consisting of nine of Memphis' finest professional musicians, each with a minimum of 20 years experience! Also included, as part of the core group, is a professional sound tech…we will never be too loud, or not loud enough. We also offer reception planning assistance, so you can rest assured that each and every detail of your reception will be covered. Our versatility allows us the freedom to handle any requests that you may have, so those special reception moments are guaranteed to be accompanied by the music that you want as part of those memories.

We have a dynamic horn section and prefer to play as a nine-piece group, but we realize that in some situations a smaller group may be more appropriate. With that in mind, we are offering the following packages for 2009:
